Every guest at our party was absolutely thrilled with the evening. From the food to the conversation, Marcel was fantastic! His menu was ambitious and executed perfectly. He added in some surprise dishes, like papas affogatos, and even showed us how to prepare the dish. The rest of his menu was flat out delicious and inventive - our guests thought the cauliflower couscous was pretty cool, and everything else was really excellent. Beyond the food, Marcel was so personable and fun. He's actually a great storyteller and shared all sorts of fun industry stories with us, including some hilarious and good-natured impersonations. He even joined us for a drink after dinner to chill, talk Top Chef, and share what he's up to now. Definitely going to be a tough dinner party to beat!
