It's a celebration of beer and meat!  This event includes:

- Unlimited beer tastings from SEVEN of our favorite local breweries
- Porky deliciousness from 4505 Meats being served from three "Butcher's Market" stalls.  One specializing in burgers and sausages, one serving whole beast dishes, and a BBQ tent.
- Whole pig breakdown and butchery demo from Chef Butcher Ryan Farr
- A silent auction for charity of the resulting pork cuts
- Desserts by New Taste Marketplace featuring favorite vendors from the marketplace including Nosh This, Desperation Bakehouse, and Marla Bakery

All hosted in St Gregory's in Potrero Hill as a fundraiser for The Food Pantry.
