Nipping at my mother's heels in our East Bay Area kitchen, I began my culinary career at age 12. Since then, I have studied at the California Culinary Academy, worked for multiple James Beard Award-winning chefs, and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens. My style of cooking and inspiration stems from the utilization of the amazing products that grow all around us, along with solid technique and anything from rustic to modern presentation. I have also developed a love and talent for wine pairing while working as the Executive Chef at the Wine Vault and Bistro in San Diego, where I had the opportunity to partner closely with winemakers to develop intricate tasting menus. My intentions are to work with you to create an amazing menu for you in your home.
