YUJI Ramen was founded in the Spring of 2012 as a pop-up restaurant in the back of a bar in Brooklyn. It was the beginning of a full fledged dive into the reinvention of ramen. We achieve this by sourcing local, sustainable ingredients focused on seasonal offerings and the freshest seafood.
This fall, having taken permanent residence at the Bowery Street Whole Foods Market, YUJI Ramen will continue to provide its signature sought-after mazemen.
