Private dinner at EL Ideas w/ foodie filmmakers
Even by the high standards of Chicago fine dining, this night has it all:
• Dinner at EL Ideas (skipping the 3-month wait list)? Check.
• Some of the most creative people in food (like Food Film Fest creator George Motz and the creators of Kitchit): You bet.
• Free booze? Would you want it any other way?

The one-night-only event at EL Ideas will feature a meet and greet with some of the creative forces behind the Chicago Food Film Festival, plus an original menu crafted and served by Chef Phillip Foss. There will be a screening of the film short "French Fries and Ice Cream," about one of EL Ideas signature dishes.

About the film: On a nightly basis, the chefs over at El Ideas are inventing new ways to challenge their guests’ pallets. Following owner and head chef, Philip Foss, as he tells the story of his now signature dish “Fries + Ice Cream” from inspiration to plating.
